• In 2001 Piotr decided that he would never again have a boss. He wanted to decide what he would do every day, how many hours he would spend working and how much money he would make.
• At the age of twenty – eight, he set up his first business – a language school, which has become one of the market leaders in Poland – with a team of nearly 400 teachers and a long list of clients. In the meantime, together with his business partner Jaromir, he has created two other highly profitable training companies.
• In 2012, although he decided to become a coach. Since then, he has supported over three thousand people from nearly thirty countries – as coach, mentor and workshop facilitator.
• For the last seven years, he has been mentoring other coaches and workshop facilitators to create what he calls, GREAT Small Businesses – companies that give them the freedom and lifestyle they have been dreaming about for years! 
• He shares what has worked for him and what he is still learning. Right now, he shares his time between Puerto de Pollensa in the north of Mallorca and central Warsaw, works with fewer clients but feels happier and more fulfilled than ever before.
